I took this picture in the park of the Castle of Gaasbeek, where a couple was very proud of their latest family member... a young owl. Eager to explain and show off, they were standing on a strategic spot in the park and were quite an attraction :)

The original picture had the owl with trees in the background so it took me some time to cut of the background and get this compo. I did not change the owl itself apart from the almots required curves adjustments when shooting in manual setting with the Nikon.
